Why so high? :-)=

I think that describes it very well. It all ties together quite nicely:
Fly-Away
Fly the kite vertically downwards and walk forwards so that the kite starts to flatten out with the nose away from you. Useful for making up ground (walking forwards).
Fade-Out
A gentle Kill. Fly the kite vertically downwards, walking forwards slightly to slow the kite down. Push your arms forwards in a smooth motion to flatten the kite out and stop it with the belly down and nose pointing away. The motion should be fast enough to flatten the kite out and stop it moving, but otherwise as slow as possible.
Kill
An agressive Fade-Out: Fly the kite vertically downwards and throw your arms forward to flatten the kite out fast. You may also need to walk forwards (fast) to get enough slack in lines as quick as possible. The kite should be belly down with the nose pointing away from you.
Fade-In
From a Faded-Out position (kite belly down, with the nose pointing away) pull both hands gently to pull the nose of the kite towards you and up into a Fade. The kite should be belly up with the nose towards you.
Fade-In, Fade-Out
A gentle Flic-Flac. Alternate the Fade-In and Fade-Out moves.
Flic-Flac
A more aggressive Fade-In, Fade-Out.
