Personal rec.kites ArchiveThis is my personal archive of posts from the rec.kites USENET newsgroup. rec.kites was where we used to hang out online and talk about kites in the days before we all drifted off onto various different bulletin boards on the World Wide Wasteland. Most of the messages collected here are ones that I wrote, that wrote about me, or were in reply to a previous message I had written. Some made me laugh, others made me cry. Some are here because they're likely to be useful for other people to refer to on an ongoing basis. But mostly there's here as my own collection of rec.kites nostalgia and a reminder of what were for me, some of the very best days of rec.kites and kite flying cameraderie. |
